My Background

Before coaching, I spent over a decade as a senior leader and executive team member in fast-moving retail and hospitality businesses, including a shareholder role at Yarnton Home and Garden, which I helped transform into a multi-award-winning destination with over 50,000 loyal customers.

I know what it costs when a leadership team is not working well. I also know what becomes possible when it is. That commercial foundation means I connect the people work directly to business outcomes - not culture for culture's sake.

How I Work
