I have spent most of my career in rooms where a lot is at stake, commercial meetings, leadership teams, and businesses under pressure to perform. I know what it feels like when a team is not quite working, when a leader or leadership team is running on empty, when the gap between what a business could be and what it actually is feels impossible to close.
I also know what happens when people do the real work. When a leader stops performing confidence and starts to feel it. When a team stops managing friction and starts to move together. When someone finds their way back to themselves and suddenly everything, their decisions, their relationships, their results, shifts.
That is what I work towards with every person I coach.
My Approach
My coaching brings together several disciplines that I believe work best together rather than separately.
Traditional executive coaching - powerful questions, deep listening, structured thinking
Neuroscience - understanding how the brain works under pressure, how patterns form, and how they change
Somatics - the body holds as much information as the mind. I work with both.
Intuition - I help people learn to trust their own deeper knowing, not just their analysis
Neurodiversity awareness -I am a trained Neurodiversity Inclusive Coach, which means I work with how your brain actually works, not how you think it should
The result is coaching that goes deeper than goals and action plans, though those emerge naturally too. People come away with a different relationship to themselves. That changes everything else.
My Background
Before coaching, I spent over a decade as a senior leader and executive team member in fast-moving retail and hospitality businesses. That included a shareholder role at Yarnton Home and Garden, which I helped transform into a multi-award-winning destination with over 50,000 loyal customers.
I know what it costs when a leadership team is not working well. I know the pressure of commercial delivery, the complexity of growing teams, and the very real human dynamics that either accelerate a business or quietly hold it back.
That background is not a sector specialism; it is a foundation. It means I understand the real world my clients are operating in, and I can connect the inner work directly to business outcomes.

A Note on Who I Work With
I work with leaders, founders, professionals, corporate teams, and teenagers.
What they have in common is not their industry or their age - it is a readiness to do the work. To look honestly at how they are leading, relating, and showing up in the world, and to change what is not working.
If that sounds like you, I would love to talk.
