I’m an ILM Level 7 qualified coach, accredited at Senior Practitioner level with the EMCC. My work is grounded in science, informed by deep experience, and tailored to the real-world demands of leadership.
Before becoming a coach, I was a leader myself, navigating high-growth environments, complex team dynamics, fast-paced change and the very real risk of burnout. I know first-hand the pressures that come with leading others while trying to hold everything together. That’s why I do this work.
I specialise in helping leaders and teams develop unshakeable confidence, nervous system mastery, and a growth mindset that lasts. My approach is integrative, blending neuroscience, NLP, transactional analysis, somatic practices and relational coaching to support deep, sustainable transformation.
